I had a double room, which was small; but that was OK considering this was one of the cheapest air-con double rooms in KL. Premises were spartan but clean and well-kept. Location is good especially for bus travellers - the hotel is within easy walking distance from Puduraya bus station and Plaza Rakyat LRT.

Backpacker's Travellers Inn is centrally located in Chinatown. Open 24 hrs, NO FRILLS, no free coffee/tea, just low prices . We may not be the best decorated hostel in town as we're one of the very few LICENSED hostel, therefore we have to comply with the requirements of the local authority.
IN HOUSE TRAVEL CENTRE for Dive tours, Sustainable Eco Tours : Fireflies, Elephant Sanctuary Tours, Jungle, Waterfalls, Hop On Hop Off Bus, KL Tower etc.
In our hostel, you will find a really friendly atmosphere. As well you will enjoy our roof top bar,satellite TV, movie lounge (with air conditioned), book exchange service, wifi, internet, skype and other services.
Staying with us you will have access to free city maps,tourist info, international calling service, hot and cool shower (24 hours), in house TRAVEL CENTER for your travel needs, laundry, lockers, airport transfer and luggage storage. Notice and Message Board for the convenience of our guests.
NOTE : Due to the characteristics of our hostel, our Dorms are not suitable for Muslim and Malaysian.
Check in time : 12.00 noon onwards, however if there's a room available between 06.00 AM - 12.00 noon, we will be happy to check you right away.
Check out time 12.00 noon. A half day rate allows a extension till 18.00 hrs thereafter a full day rate applies

Its an ok place to stay if ur visiting KL.
Cheap prices. The rooms are small, but you only sleap there so its ok.
Located in the middle of chinatown with a market just a couple of blocks away.

Directions
1) Arriving by bus to Puduraya Bus Station, ask for the direction to Chinatown, >< 10 min walk, pass Starlight Hotel, UO Superstore, Mandarin Hotel, Chinatown Night Market's Entrance and you'll see us futher up.
3)Arriving by air to LCCT, try to take the Star Shuttle Bus which stops at Puduraya Bus Station and continue with no 1.
4)Arriving by air to LCCT, if you're taking the Sky Bus (Red) or Airbus (Yellow) to Sentral Station, continue with no 2A.
CAUTION : There's a hostel a few doors away from us which has A FEW SIGNAGES and one of it is made to look very similar to ours, the idea is to make you think they are us, so please ensure you don't end up at the wrong hostel.
