Budget Accommodation Asia Malaysia Kuala Lumpur All Accommodation Budget Hotels Hotel China Town Inn
I recommend it for a short stay . Excellent location but too noisy ( windows from my room were on the night market ) , thin walls - you can hear people in the next room . Looks better on the photos than in reality. Nice staff .

This is a Trusted Review. Why?
After searching through many of the options I found this was one of the few places free for the first night I would be in KL so booked online for the first night. Since I had read the reviews I knew to expect a windowless room and my expectations were not particularly high. Upon arrival the room was clean, small, and equipped with a small tv, table with mirror in addition to two smaller tables and one next to the bed. overall a decent layout for the very small size room. The room was a bit musty but ok as I imagine the amount of good fresh air is limited by the lack of windows. The air condition worked fine though I heard later that some of the standard rooms do not have individual air con units but use central air(?) not sure about this as our unit on the 5th floor did have a individual unit in the room.
The tv service is adequate but no international channels like bbc, cnn, etc and though some local programming is in english you likely scroll though the channels to find the one movie in english or other random program.
The bed was soft spring mattress and was reasonably nice, sheets clean and no issues there.
Water in the toilet was hot if desired and water pressure good.
All together the room fit my relatively low expectations and for a one to three night stay was fine, I would however consider looking around at the many other options available in the area (some of which are not on the web) if you have the time or inclination. For the same money I have had much better accommodation in Bangkok.
Consider also the China Town 2 Inn just a few doors away as it seems newer and possibly just slightly nicer.
