The location is convenient except for the distance to KL Sentral.
Despite being located in what seems to be a slightly unsafe neighborhood, there is no buzzer system to the elevator or staircase area, and the door trim holding the other half of the door locks in our room was in the process of separating from the frame. A large person leaning on the door would probably be able to break in.
A headboard and better lighting would have been nice.

Strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We are in Puduraya in a 5 storey detached building complete with lift facility. We are located amidst very quiet and serene environment though in the middle of city.
Our hotel offers 40 fully air conditioned rooms, all with attached
bath for complete privacy. All rooms have windows facing city/garden. Rooms are also equipped with colour TV and telephone. Rooms are clean, spacious and yet affordable.
Our team of friendly staff will make your stay a home away from home.
We are just 2 minutes walk from Puduraya bus terminal (main bus terminal connecting to all parts of Peninsular Malaysia). Our neighbourhood, all within walking distance- Chinatown, Central Market, LRT station(5 min),Twin Towers, KL Tower & Bukit Bintang (15 min), shopping malls, restaurants, convenience stores, money changers etc.
We also have airport transfer at RM120.00 only per car
(2 persons). We also arrange local and country tours.
Your stay will be enhanced by the level of professionalism exhibited in the cleanliness of our hotel and service of our staff.

Two terminals with very affordable internet, well stocked refrigerators with COLD drinks at decent prices, and a nice view made for a pleasant stay.
Also, most of the staff is very nice, cheerful, and friendly.

Very good budget hotel(e.g. under 35 ringitt per person)
Reasonable sized room with comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
Helpful, knowledgeable staff.
Good place to base yourself for exploring KL(close to LRT lines and monorail) and leaving(directly opposite the Puduraya bus station)
