I had a reservation there and ended up having to cancel. I followed the instructions and contacted the property directly, but they told me I couldn't cancel directly with them--I had to cancel with the booking agency. This was a complete contradiction to what is posted on the website. I had a very hard time contacting anyone at either Travellerspoint or its booking agency and almost missed the 24 hour cancellation deadline even though I had started the process 3 days in advance.

Norman Diego's The Mexican Inn is a small hotel that is just as surprising and elegant as its name.
Each of our lovely rooms is named after a pretty Senorita of Mexican fame; Frida, Rosita, Esmeralda and Maria to name but a few. Each room is tastefully decorated with rich Mexican 'Rustico' charm, hand painted sinks, unique artwork and handicrafts from Guadalajara, Taxco, Puerto Vallarta and Acapulco.
All our beautifully appointed rooms offer Queen Beds with orthopaedic mattresses, full air conditioning, Ceiling fans, rustic wardrobes and chairs as well as 20' colour TV with DVD player plus a library of movies, alarm clock radio and we have newly installed showerhead systems to relax and soothe in the bathroom.

I had a reservation there and ended up having to cancel. The conflicting information given to me really turned me off to online booking. I will always book through a property directly from now on. I lost a $38 fee with the booking agency because I cancelled. If I had booked directly with the hotel , they would have given me a credit toward a future visit.

What a great value...this quaint little hotel has clean accommodations, great service, and lots of character. It looks better than the pictures online - just a few rooms that open up towards a small courtyard with lots of plants/vegetation and a fountain in the center, with a palapa where they serve continental breakfast in the morning. It is family owned, and the attention to service shows. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Directions
Perfect location: Located just 3 short blocks from the Marina (center of town) on Avenida 16 de Septiembre between Mariano Abasolo and Matamoros next to the Port Capitan Office.
If comming by shuttle bus or taxi from the airport the driver will bring you directly to our front door.
DRIVING DIRECCTIONS: Take Lazaro Cardenas all the way to Cabo San Lucas 40 min. aprox. continue there until you reach Ave. 16 de Septiembre (as a reference there is a monument like the famous arch on 16 de Septiembre) turn right and continue up six blocks and you will arrive at The Mexican Inn
