Located in downtown Cancun, next to a big supermaket and a block away from urban bus stop ....yet quiet neighborhood.

Large and wide dormitories ensuite bedrooms for 6, 7 or 8 beds ; each with a private bathroom (hot water 24/24), air conditioned, fans and lockers, Fee wifi, free breakfast included !

BBQ pit in downstairs patio, jacuzzi spa in roof along with bunks for sun bathing and hammocks to relax and surround speakers for music.(bring your own music disks if you want). Cool wooden deck to play room games have a beverage and shoot the bull (bring some friends).

Common areas to share are : Cable TV room, kitchennette fully equipped, wood deck terrace,balconies, and sky roof with jacuzzi, hammocks and bunks for sunbathing. All this outside areas with surround music. Continental breakfast included.

Laundry service downstairs with discount for our guests !
