Clean rooms but had problems sleeping. Noicy air conditioner, music and disturbance from next door and the street. Good value for money but nothing special. No remote control to the TV. 10 minutes walk to a good super mercado and about 20-30 minutes from the beach. Restaurant was a dissapointment!

Great location (4 blocks from bus station / also 4 blocks from Mercado 28). Adjacent to line of well kept bars / restaurants - you'll find beer and food readily. Room was spacious and clean. No problem with hot water, at least at 8:00 am. However, at 4:00 am I awoke to very loud thumping music , either from local bars or from the city plaza, a block away. This went on until 6:00 am. This may have more to do with the way XMas is celebrated i Mexico ( I stayed the night of December 24) but it did leave me in a fog the next day.

nice place for the rest of hotels in the zone, nice pool and nice bedrooms (sorry, did no eat there..)
