B/B and Scuba Diving Service

Villa Ana Maria is located just 10 minutes from the tourist area. Cozumel is very flat so it's perfect for bicycle use. We take people diving in very small groups to provide more quality service.The owner have 25 years experience in diving.Full dive certification service. Courses from open water diver level to divemaster instructions . (padi cmas naui)

We offer very nice mediterranean style rooms.

We have 8 rooms available.The house is mediterranean style, we have nice gardens and an area for hammocks. Each room has a bathroom with hot and cold water.

We provide services from diving, surfing and sailing and a different way to see our island. Cozumel is not just a cruiseship stop!

A delightful little guesthouse in a quiet spot away from the main tourist area. Cute little rooms and a gorgeous garden - has a very organic feel and a sense of original artistic vision behind the design. Parts of the guesthouse are still a work-in-progress but all the areas in current use are complete with all the facilities you could want.

Delicious breakfast included - fruit, yoghurt, granola, eggs, sausages, toast and endless coffee. Staff are lovely - friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

Bonus for pet lovers - the villa is also home to 3 dogs and 1 cat who are totally charming.

The owner Txepo is incredibly helpful and has a great knowledge of the island. He´s also an experienced divemaster-instructor, and can take guests on private trips to various sites with different dive operations. We did 2 dives around Santa Rosa wall which was great - much better to dive with a divemaster as buddy than with a group of random divers of varying experience, as happens on the larger dive trips (same price - $US100 including gear hire).

Perfect for those who prefer a home-away-from-home experience rather than a sterile hotel room

I'm in completely and deeply in love with this place. The little garden, the terrace, the beautiful rooms, and the amazing "crew" consisting of the owner, the gardener and the breakfast cook. The location is great too, at a comfortable distance from the most touristy areas - not too close, and not to far. It strikes me as a very warm, friendly, and (if you like) romantic place.
