I find the staff reception were not very friendly especially, one guy who was at the reception with his hair back. He was very abrupt and dishonest. I was overcharge for the room. I will never use this hotel again. And the rooms are not up to standard. NO hot water, heating and the bathroom is not the standard it should be.
