they haven`t air conditioned, tv, internet, vater role. there are a lot of cockroach and they tried to deceive us with the rooms.

Riad Jddi is well located in the medina centre but is really bad from the clearness point of view. Bed lining are not changed between different clients, toilets are really terrible and unsane. Reservations are not respected as we have been given 1 room istead of 2, changing every day. I strongly reccoment to avoid this choice.

This Riad is in the top ten worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Forget the exotic surfaces, behind that is a tidal wave of bursting water mains, flooded bathrooms, exploding toilets, sporadic hot water, collapsing beds, inadequate services and misrepresentation. On top of all that the concierge misled me on the already inflated price and then vanished, leaving me to deal with a rather truculent family that doesn't speak a word of English. Even so, had I spoken French, Arabic, or Berber, I don't believe I'd have had much success. Riad Jddi is like a Hollywood mock-up of a Marrakesh Hotel; picture perfect but totally non-functional.
