The room was smelly, kind of damp smell, think it was from air-con. Guy at the reception wasn't overly friendly, but helped us with everything we needed and also airport pick-up was a big bonus.

This is budget hotel which nearby mynmar tradition food shop , store. But it is a lit bit far from city so we have to take taxi to sule pagoda(center of the city).

The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Try to get a room with window as the other rooms tend to be dark. A triple room doesn't leave room for suitcases as the beds take up most of the space. Bring your own bath towel as the ones provided are thin and small. It is just a bit far to walk to places. A very good internet service 2 minutes walk from the hotel
