We damn this guest house, not because of the facility , but the booking facility and the services.
We booked the guest house via travellerpoint around 3 weeks ago for a delux room on 7 Nov 2009 and we are going to stay in that guest house on 13 Nov again , one day before our departure, back to home country.

We damn this guest house, not because of the facility , but the booking facility and the services.
We booked the guest house via travellerpoint around 3 weeks ago for a delux room on 7 Nov 2009 and we are going to stay in that guest house on 13 Nov again , one day before our departure, back to home country.
On 7 Nov, we arrived the guest house around 11pm, and the staff told us that we could not have any room because all room were occupied ie they just gave our room to other because we did not show up before 6pm that day and they claimed it was because they did not have our flight information !! Well, they arranged us to another hotel which was much lower in quality that we expected and we paid for the price of delux room . The staff promised us to reserve a room for us no matter what on 13 Nov. Well. today , we arrived the guest house around 5pm and the same event happened : we do not have any room for you as we are fully occupied , we do so because we do not have your tour information !! What Fxxking informaiton you need ?! we already have given the deposit and our credit card information to you, we booked the room !! After a vigorious "discussion " , the guest house finally spared a room without any private toliet / bath to us while we booked a delux room according to schedule.
We don't want to argue anymore, we are tired and fed up with that guest house. It probably overbooked itself on purpose and I damn that behaviour.
I will never visit that guest house again .
We are still very angry about it.
