It's located near the dam square and the central station. A bit confusing at first because there were no signs saying eve's guesthouse. The room was great and so was the bathroom, large and very clean. The breakfast was very nice (coffee, tea, different kinds of bread, ham, cheese, jam, peanut butter etc). Couldn't ask for more... well maybe an elevator. Would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast Included
Eve's guesthouse offers three comfortable B&B guestrooms situated in the heart of the historical centre.
All the double rooms are provided with private bathroom included shower, toilet and towels. Cable-tv and wireless internet are at present, just ask us for your password.
Your stay includes a typical Dutch breakfast in the cosy breakfast room, served every morning between 9.00 and 10.00. Soft drinks, beer, wine, coffee and tea are available against a small fee, 24 hrs a day.
The guesthouse is ideally located to visit Amsterdam; within a 100 meters from the Dam Square and the Royal Palace, the Central Station and main shopping area. The Canal Area starts right around the corner. And the Jordaan district, the Anne Frank House, the Floating Flowermarket are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.
A choice of many restaurants with meals from all over the world will be found in and nearby our street. The small bars and Amsterdam Nightlife are around, just close and far enough!
March 2009 a tourist board service point will be started in the giftshop downstairs the guesthouse.
When you arrive at Schiphol airport the best and cheapest way to get to the guesthouse is by train.
For late arrivals you also can book our airport pick-up. Our drivers will meet you at the gate and bring you all the way to your room. Booking instructions you will find in the confirmation that we will send to you within 48 hours after your booking is processed.

Very well located (a ten real minutes walk from railway station)
No external signals of location. It is located upwards a gay shop. But no name appears (Eve´s Guesthouse)
It is a second floor B&B with three double rooms.
Although clean, they do not clean bedrooms.
They do not change towels unless your requirement.
Breakfast is basic (not fruit, not yogurt, not cooked food)
Attention is good and also behaviour.

Since 01-01-2009 the complete B&B is non-smoking. Dealing in or use off both soft and hard drugs prohibited.
Please note there is no elevator - as it is a historical building - there are 2 stairs (13 steps each) to climb. we gladly assist you with your luggage of course.

Directions
From Schiphol airport, take the direct train to central station. From the station, take tram no. 1, 2 or 5 (two stops) to Nieuwezijds Kolk. Exiting the tram at Nieuwezijdskolk, you almost face the brown café (terrace outside) De Spaanse Ruiter at the corner of a small alley (Korte Lijnbaanssteeg), at the other corner is a bakery shop. Walk the alley (Korte Lijnbaanssteeg) and at the end turn right. You are now on Spuistraat. Simply cross the road to our offices at no. 44
