The 10 people room was not so clean by the hostel staff, although of course people there weren´t so clean too. But there was a towel in the bathroom (used for 15 people) all the week without being removed.

From now on, the cancellation can ONLY be made via e-mail so that there is a proof for both guest and hostel. We keep the beds/rooms available for 2 hours after aprox. arrival time! It is your responsibility to contact the hostel if you are going to be delayed!
If you want to make a reservation of more than 10 beds, please do it via e-mail. Otherwise, the hostel may cancel your booking without the refund of your deposit.

The 10 people room was not so clean by the hostel staff, although of course people there weren´t so clean too. But there was a towel in the bathroom (used for 15 people) all the week without being removed.
The Hostel says in his website that you could use the kitchen but is only a microwave, not allowed to cook like a normal hostel is used to be permitted.
The internet wifi is expensive, you have to buy minutes to used it, when in other hostels i have been all over the world is a free service.
The hostel staff and the cleaneless was perfect, it look like more a hotel than a hostel.
