Cancellations are only accepted by email.Prices do not include a 5.5% city tax, which shall be added to your balance upon arrival.Payment is due upon arrival in cash only, please.For group bookings (six or more people) there is a two-week cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows by groups shall be charged for 100% of their total booking.During Easter, Queen's Day and the New Years Period, we have a two-week cancellation policy. During this time, late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged for 100% of their total booking. At New Years (30th, 31st Dec & 1st, 2nd and 3rd Jan 2010) and Easter periods we require a 4 night maximum stay. We shall pre-authorise the given credit card (not a charge); unfortunately we will cancel your reservation if we cannot get authorisation. You will be contacted by the hotel to ask the security code of your credit card.
