Please note : Nemo Accommodations it's not a Hotel !!!!! To guaranty your reservation your are require to contact me by phone or email to arrange the check in. There is no 24 hours service or reception !!! The total amount of your reservation you are due to pay cash on arrival plus we require a deposit of € 100,- ( or you can arrange the transfer to the Bank account, and the total amount should be 7 days before the date of arrival on the company account.

Please note : all apartments are located on the different floors of the house, the stairs are quite steep, therefore you will need to email to request if you need no stairs location. There are two different buildings, located differently to the CS. If you need to stay next to the Red Lights District - please request specially !

Make sure your booking is for the private house and not a Hotel !!! To make sure you are booking the place you want please check the details and rules on www.nemoamsterdam.com or email your questions ! There are no 24 hours reception !!! You you are due to arrange your check-in : Email or Call with your arrival details, make sure the time provided is correct and call if any delay. Will not wait longer than 45 min if can't contact you by phone... Please not : check-in after 19.30 will be charged € 20,- euro. We require € 100.00 deposit for security and two sets of the keys, you will get this money back on check out in return of both sets of the keys, and clean/tidy apartment. The check-out is till 11.00 am. You can arrange staying later, but not all the time.... The luggage is possible to leave in some apartments, but only on arrangement.
Please note : the total amount of your reservation plus 5% City Tax you are due to pay in cash form on arrival ! We do not accept any credit cards !!! Some of the special offers need to be requested in prior !!!

Directions

There are a few different locations with in 10 to 20 min. walk from the Central Train Station:
As you walk out the front of the Central Station in Amsterdam, you should see on your left the Sent-Nicolas Cathedral - walk there, it is about 150 miters walk. As you are there, follow same street side along ( Prins Hendrikkade ) to the number 133, another 300 meters. That is not a hotel, is a normal Amsterdam House, so please find the door bell for Nemo ACC, and one of the greeters will be there for you. This location is closer to the Redlight District.
The second location is in 10 min walk from there, and closer to the Museums and Rembrandt Square.
