There are different apartments and different sizes of rooms. All different furnished.

You use the house of you hosts. This are not Hotel rooms or Hostel rooms or Guesthouses.

Members of the same booking will be accommodate in the same complex.

This are apartments where tourists and residents can stay legal. Also a family or group of more then 4 persons.

Whether you are a couple or a family or a single or a team visiting or working and living in Amsterdam, these apartments are in a unique position matching your needs.

You come home when you like with your own keys.

Tourists can not invite extra visitors + no parties + absolute no noise after 21 pm to 08 am.

There are house-rules = no inconveniences + keep the rooms and kitchen daily in clean condition.

You have to pay a REFUNDABLE key-deposit:

2-3 persons € 100;

4-6 persons € 200;

7-9 persons € 300;

The accommodation is self-catering. Your hosts offer cleaning service after your stay.

New Regulations Counsel Amsterdam: ( starting 01 July 2009 )

In Amsterdam apartments can not be used as a Hotel.

- maximum 4 tourists can stay legal in thesame apartment when they are no family.

- one family or household of 5-9 persons can also stay in the same apartment legal.

Condition: the hosts have to live in the apartment. If the host is on vacation the private belongings have to be stored in one of the rooms or in the storage house.

- For legal accommodation of a large group tourists ( no family of each other ) get rooms in different apartments in the same complex.

Please note:

- The hosts also require a REFUNDABLE key-deposit. That is on the top of the 10% NON-REFUNDABLE fee that you pay to make the reservation.

- The hosts will send you 3 extra emails with an explanation as to how to pay the REFUNDABLE key-deposit through PAYPAL money services and will provide you with pictures and conditions. Guests are required to respond to this email within 24 hours.

- To guarantee your reservation, guests have to make a down payment as key-deposit within 24 hours after having received the PAYPAL e-mail money request. No down payment = no reservation. You can pay through Paypal if you have credit on your credit card.

- The Key-deposit will be refunded through PAYPAL to your credit card account on the day of departure once you return the keys and leave the accommodation and cooking equipment in a clean condition.

- You drop the keys in the letter box on location before 11.00 am on the day of departure.

- After your Key-deposit is received, the hosts will send a receipt and route instructions to the accommodation. Guests have to re-confirm the exact time of key collection.

- The hosts + Dutch tax-department prefer you pay by international bank transfer 7 days prior to arrival instead of cash.

But payments for the nights can also be done in cash when you collect the keys. But NOT with credit card. Organize your cash before you collect the keys.

Child policy:

- 2 children younger then 4 years old can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

- Baby cots are not available.

Collecting keys policy

The prices belonging to the condition that you collect keys after 15 pm and before 22 pm

If you arrive by Flight in Amsterdam after 23.00 pm you can not book this type accommodation. In that case you have to book an Hotel room.

If you arrive around 22 pm on the airport you have to use the taxi-service.

Late check-in = period 22 pm to midnight.

After midnight NO check-in.

Smoking policy

- To enjoy legal a joint you walk in 3 minutes to the COFFEE-SHOP.

10 more coffee-shops within 10 minutes walking.

- By Law it is since 01-07-2008 forbidden to smoke in cafe's + restaurants + hotel-lounges + public-places.

- You can not smoke in the rooms with beds, only in the kitchen- or dining-room.

- You can not smoke and hanging around in the public-area around the apartments.

All rooms have different type beds. Double-bed, raised-beds, sofa-beds, single-beds.

2 persons sharing have 2 single-beds

2 persons en suite have 1 double-bed + 1 single-bed.

3 persons have 1 double-bed + 1 single-bed.

4 persons sharing have 1 double-bed + 2 single-beds.

4 persons en suite have 2 double-beds + 2 single-beds.

5 and 6 persons ( belonging to one family ) use the 2 double-beds + 2 single-beds.

1 to 3 persons rooms receive 1 set keys.

4 persons rooms ( up to 6 persons if one family ) receive 2 set keys.

How to reach the apartment

- Rembrandt Plein, 2,5 kilometre = 10 minutes by tram or by bike.

- Dam Square (red-light-district) or Leidse Plein, 3,8 kilometre = 15 minutes by tram or by bike.

Public transport runs 24 hours.

- From 05.30 am to 00.30 am tram + metro run to Central Station.

- From 01.00 am - 05.00 am night bus run to Central Station.

- From 05.45 am to 23.45 pm train Amstelstation to Schiphol ( € 3,50 one way )

CHEAP 48 or 72 hours tickets for your Train Airport Schiphol + 24 hours public-transport in all zones Amsterdam ( clock-around inclusive the night bus 01.00-06.00 am )

ONLY to buy at Airport Amsterdam. NOT in city Amsterdam. You have to buy these special tickets after landing at the airport.
