location was walking distance from the CBD for enthusiastic walkers (20-30mins)or just around the corner from a tram that would whisk you into town.Beautiful view over the canal which allowed us to watch the barges drift by and the geese migrate for the winter.Beds were a little like marshmellows which is okay if you like ultra soft beds but firmer beds would be better.

Hotel Baan is situated near the city centre and is within easy reach by car or public transport. The Coolhaven metro station is within a 200-metre walk and you can also use tram 4 which stops close by.

Hotel Baan es un hotel comódo localizado cerca del centro de Rotterdam y facíl a alcanzar con el coche o transporte público.
La parada del metro ''Coolhaven'' es a una distancia de unos 200 metros y la parada del tram 4 es a menos de 100 metros.
Servimos un servicio excelente para todo los viajeros en nuestro hotel.
La mayoría de nuestra habitaciónes obtienen un baño y todas las habitaciónes obtienen t.v, teléfono con ''wake-up'' servicio, radio y un secador de pelo.
En nuestro sala de desayuno cómodo servimos un desayuno con variedad y cualidad y es posible de beber algo por la tarde.
El barrio de nuestro hotel tiene muchos restaurantes y algunas curiosidades.

Directions
From Rotterdam Central Station: until 20.00 hours
Take tram 4 (in the direction of Schiedam). Get off at the 'Ruilstraat' stop. Walk into the Duyststraat and follow this street (about 250 metres). At the end of the street turn left and you see the hotel.
If later as 20.00 hours take the metro stop coolhaven. Direction to Marconiplein.
From Amsterdam, The Hague, Delft, Gouda or Hoek of Holland:
Exit the motorway at the 'Kleinpolderplein' junction (exit 13a 'Blijdorp') and follow the signs for Delfshaven. Keep following this road. After a while you will see water. Keep following this water until you see a crossing with a bridge ('Lage Erfbrug'). Drive straight ahead and after 200 metres you will see the hotel on your left-hand side.
From Paris, Antwerp, Breda or Dordrecht:
Follow the directions for 'Ring Rotterdam Zuid' ('Beneluxtunnel'). Take exit 19a ('Zuidplein'). Follow the directions for 'Zuidplein/Ahoy' and then follow the signs to the Maastunnel. On your way you will pass several traffic lights. When you come out of the Maastunnel stay in the right lane. When you see a petrol station on both sides turn left at the traffic lights. You are then on the Rochussentraat. Drive straight ahead and 200 metres after the traffic light you will see Hotel Baan on your right-hand side.
