We stayed for 3 nights in February 2009. We had guite big room on the 17th floor. Curtains had to be closed all the time because of the direct view to next apartments. Service was really poor. Cleaning lady come to our room without knockning in 2 mornings and asked when are we going to leave. We were still sleeping when she came in for the first time around 7:30 am. We woke up and told her we were leaving around 11 am.

Cleaning lady come to our room without knockning in 2 mornings and asked when are we going to leave. We were still sleeping when she came in for the first time around 7:30 am. We woke up and told her we were leaving around 11 am. Despite the fact that we had told her we were leaving at eleven she came in again around 9 am to ask the same thing. On the second morning we found a large poddle of water on our kitchen floor. We put a towel on the floor and informed the reception that there is something wrong with the refigirator. They promised to send someone up to take a look. When we came back the towel was still on the floor and the room was not cleaned. Actually dispite the cleaning ladies enthusiasm to wake us while we were sleeping they didn't clean the room at all during our stay. We haven't come across this poor service anywhere!
