The owner is a very nice person. The property is clean and the beds are very confortable.
But the kitchen and dinning room is very small, and the fridge is so small and full that you can actually not use it.The window on Room number 7 does not close well, and it very noise because of the common room just above it and the road.

Freemans Bed & Breakfast Hotel and Apartments is a well-known 100-year-old hotel located just outside Auckland's CBD.
We have a reputation with travellers and tourists alike, for being a friendly, cosy, clean and comfortable establishment, with a homely atmosphere.
We have an excellent lounge which is separate from the bedrooms where guests can relax and watch TV or have a complimentary tea or coffee at any time.
A garden is adjacent to the lounge and is a popular place to read or enjoy the Auckland weather.
All our rooms have kingsize beds with posturepedic mattresses and TV's and free wireless Internet.
Airport direct shuttle is available 24 hours a day.
IRD application forms available in the lodge.
We do serve breakfast from 7.30am to 9.30am for a charge of NZ$7.00 per person.
Bicycles avail for rent ona daily basis.
