This is a Trusted Review. Why?
A smaller hostel than the International YHA just down the hill, City YHA lacks the super-complete facilities, but still has all the necessities, and quite a bit more atmosphere. People at reception are always super friendly. The location at the top of the hill means a bit of a climb each time you return here, but otherwise is still quite near everywhere you want to be. The location is great in that the bus to the airport stops right in front of the door.
