Beware of the hike! There are 600 metres of steep hike from the octagon!
I did not see any hot chocolate or sauna, either, and the spa was strictly closed, but I enjoyed their two internet computers, on a rainy day, even though I had to fix the mouse plug of one of them to have it working.
I do not know if I'll ever come back Dunedin but for sure I'll stay at a more central place and no steps please.

nice neat place, lot of facilities, well equippped kitchen and so close to octagon and main markets. it was a nice stay there
