Sweet as! I stayed here for about 2 and a half months doing the work for accommodation. The bar in the basement is awesome, free pool almost all the time, wednesdays are $4 nights...crazy. most of the staff is pretty cool. there are a couple weirdos as long termers but over most of the people that seem to pass through are pretty cool. lots of south americans here...good people. good times. I think it's expensive though. but the location is crazy good.

I think it's expensive though. but the location is crazy good. it's right around the corner from the establishment, maya, minibar, lots, vespa, all the great bars in town.
that being said wellington is tiny so all of the hostels are no more than a 5 minute walk from most of these bars, it's just that base is about a minute away.
it's also right down the street from the supermarket.
