This is a Trusted Review. Why?
Only stayed for one night, but it was a friendly atmosphere and good value for money. Had no problems and was generally pleased with the standards of the hostel.

Well, at first we weren`t sure if that building was Paddy`s because there was no big sign or anything...but the address was right...then we ringed the bell and nobody opened...so we decided to call in and finally we got inside...one toilet didn`t work, the light in one of the showers didn`t work and the service wasn`t good either...the warmth was missing...so if you look for a cheap accomodation for one night it`s alright...but if you`ll stay longer I wouldn`t recommend this place.
I don't recommend this hostel for anyone. I'm not sure if me and my friend caught the staff on a bad day/week/month/year, but they were rude and unhelpful.
On arriving the fact that the receptionist stood outside smoking for 5 minutes instead of helping us out, before eventually passing us on to someone else should have given us an indication of what this place was like.
If you do have the misfortune of being unable to get a bed in any other hostel and are forced to stay here, make sure that you don't get Room 2. This 8 bed dorm is directly above a laundry room ensuring a supply of HOT! air coming through the floorboards. Any sleep you do manage to get (unlikely) will probably be filled by dreams of yourself baking in an oven.
On checking out my friend complained and was met with another rude member of staff who didn't even have the courtesy to look at us inbetween making phone calls.
So don't be lured by the free breakfast and internet. These guys don't deserve your business until they sort out their attitude and close or fix the unbearably hot Room 2.
