MANAUS HOSTEL'S INTERNAL RULES- BRAZIL
The daily starts and ends at 12:00hpm.

The tariffs are in real. When used foreign currency, it will be changed to real in the tourism purchase exchange rate of the current day of payment.
Are included in the tariff: bedwears, breakfast and individual closet with key
Check-in after 10:00 pm, just with reserve or previous call.
Check-in in early means a .
The price are per person except in the private room.
Children under 5 years old with parents don't pay as long as they sleep in the same bed.
All taxs are included.
The service tax will not be charged.
The tariffs can change because some special event or fort time as well as the change in the exchange rate.
The possibility of staying after 12:00hpm must be informed before, because it's subjected to free places.
The reserve confirmation and/or some change will be just exclusively through proof payed before, banck deposite. Reserves without the respective payment; will not be considered confirmed.

==== Payment forms: ====

At the moment of reserve and/or change is necessary the payment of at least 50% of altogether fees reserved before. The reserve and/or change can be paid payment in bank count informed for Hostel together the document sent by e-mail.

The payment of reserve just can be done in time allowed for Hostel. Payment after this date will not be price and will return, deducted all legal expenses.

The fees' balance related to reserves and/or change, must be paid when arriving in the Hostel and the others expensive must be done in the time in the Hostel, must follow the rules adopted by Hostel.

===== Reserves' Politics, Cancellation and "No Show". =====
The reserves made before are a deal between both parts and its break get the conditions below:

Cancellation

Untill 48 hours

Just will be accepted the asking for cancellation of reserves when done by written, sent by e-mail signed, scanned and sent to the Hostel's inbox.

After the arrive and occupation of the bedroom, in case of to get out early, in any reserve, will be charged the whole price of the reserve's period.

The guest always can provide your substitution for another guest, in the same conditions, in the same date.

No show - Not show up. When the guest don't come in the first day your reservation.

In this case, it will be free for 24 hours starting from the fees' beginning. After this time, the reserve will be cancelled and the deposit won't be replaced.

==== Manaus Hostel's Internal Rules - Brazil =======

The guest must fill all the blanks and pay when arriving.

The guest must keep your own things always organized, so must use your individual closet offered by Hostel.

-Breakfast time - 07:00 am until 09:00 am

-Time of air conditioning's work - from 09:00pm until 07:00 am

-Personal hygienic things and things used in lkitchen, must be got for the guests.

Help in the conservation, economy and the Hostel's cleaning.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned every single day.

When using the community kitchen, please name identify your owns belongings, keeping the kitchen clean after use it.
Not allowed to smoke, drink, make meals or receive people in the bedrooms.

Forbidden to have or use drugs in the Hostel.

The Hostel charge for to use the computers and bath towels.

Not allowed to use sleeping bags above the beds, to lay without sheet or on the ground.

If the guest break something or cause damage to the Hostel's equipments, the guest must pay them immediately.
