In just a few steps you will find the best restaurants, clubs, shopping malls, cinemas, handicrafts, art galleries, and the best cultural and nightlife in Lima. We are just one block from the public transportation to all parts of Lima: downtown Lima, Museums and to Barranco, our Bohemian district!

Tourists, who are not residents in Peru, do not need to pay the country tax. Please bring your immigration paper (TAM), to ensure you are excluded from the taxes.
Tourists who expend more than 60 days in Per and peruvians must pay IGV tax (18%+).
Cleanning is made after 3 days, but if you need a daily cleanning ask for it at front desk.
