The Inka Lounge Hostel

I rolled into the Inka Lounge at about 1am. None of the staff was available at that time, but there is a policy there I guess that whoever is nearby opens the door and so I was greeted by another traveler. After waiting around about an hour or so I finally met one of the staff who had taken a nap.

About The Inka Lounge Hostel

The Inka Lounge Hostel is located in Miraflores, one of the most nicest and safest areas in Lima.

At walking distance from the shopping and entertainment areas and two blocks away the sea cliff at which green areas you can exercise or just take a pleasant walk until you reach the heart of Miraflores. You can also try paragliding and surfing nearby.

The rooms are comfortable, hot water and internet service available 24/7, card phone and kitchen facilities available. Laundry and transfer services are at good rates.

Location Information

The hostel is just 30 min from the airport and 15 min from the historical centre. If you come from the airport tell your driver to take Avenida del Ejercito, in the first oval or Pardo Ave take right at the Avenida de la Aviación up to the Malecon and then left in Ramon Zavala (341). You can also get a dedicated taxi from us at fair tariff. The hostel street is at the 10th block of the Pardo Avenue in Miraflores and two blocks from the light-house park, by the Miraflores cliff.

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.

I rolled into the Inka Lounge at about 1am. None of the staff was available at that time, but there is a policy there I guess that whoever is nearby opens the door and so I was greeted by another traveler. After waiting around about an hour or so I finally met one of the staff who had taken a nap. My reserved private room was unavailable so I took a room in the dorm. THe next day I went out walking around Lima and came back and the water wasn't running in the whole hostel for some reason. Early that afternoon I was already on the road to Cajamarca so to be fair I wasn't there that long. Though there were some hangups that might have really irritated someone else, these problems didn't really bother me a great deal since I was prepared for the worst, and this place was actually one of the better hostels I stayed in during my time in Peru! I do want to say that the staff and the other travelers in the hostel were very friendly and helpful and open and seemed trustworthy enough that everyone left there belongings out unconcerned that it might get stolen. The place was also clean with a good atmosphere. I would stay there again.

I had a pleasant time in Lima, and the hostel made it easy to have a good stay.

Esp Delphine is superb and helping you every way she can.

Other guest where nice as well, and could handle my singings and requests not to wake up everybody with fierce discussions.
So a relaxed environment
