Bello Horizonte is the ideal place for the ones who want to discover the biodiversity of the Peruvian humid tropical forest and to relax. All meals are included in the package (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

Located about 20 kms northeast of the city of Puerto Maldonado, the lodge distinguishes itself by the location and the comfort it offers.

With its 12 units of lodging, built in traditional Amazonian style, the lodge welcomes approximately 25 guests. Each bungalow consists of a bedroom, with double bed or twin beds, mosquito nets, bathroom (private or common) and balcony with hammock or chaises longues.

In the surroundings of Bello Horizonte Lodge, you will be amazed by the natural wealth of the "Aguajal" (an impressive area with various species of palm trees) and the pool fed by natural spring water. You will be able to see many species of tropical plants and of medicinal plants. And if you are lucky, you will observe monkeys, macaws, toucans, parrots, caimans, river otters, etc.
