This is a Trusted Review. Why?
A hotel which has seen better times (cracked windows 'repaired' with duct-tape being the most obvious sign of this), the Conde de Lemos Inn still has near top-notch facilities, free WiFi (once you get the staff to spill the password), not just "hot water" but actual _baths_ (!), and breakfast which is free and decent (even if it's no longer available after 09:00, and already mostly depleted by 08:30). Still, it's very much a hotel, and (thus?) lacks atmosphere, plus the price is just way high compared to other accommodation in Peru, which will give you nearly as much comfort.
So, in my opinion, this place is a bit of a mixed bag. Maybe if places I stayed at before hadn't been as good as they were, I'd be more positive - and I can easily imagine that many people will find this a great place.
