Me and my girlfriend went to bora last april. We dont have htl reservation that time when i went online found out that theres a cheap hotel, Booked it online.. ARRIVED AT BORA, FOUND OUT THAT THE HTL IS NOT TOO FAR FROM THE BEACHFRONT.. IT WAS ONLY AT THE BACK OF VILLA DE ORO..
WE MET GOODY /OWNER THEY ARE VERY ACCOMDATING, THEY CLEAN THE ROOM EVERYDAY.. WE STAYED 5 NTS.

Only a few seconds walk from one of the most famous beaches in the world 'White Beach, Boracay'. This quaint little resort tucked away off of the beachfront of Boracay is a delight for a more budget orientated traveler. Our guests have always enjoyed the simplicity of such a stay, all your time is yours to explore or relax, your choice. We offer you great value, a secure, friendly and comfortable place to stay close to all amenities for convenience.
Our location is central White Beach, so whether it be, the Beach or Restaurants or the Nightlife you are in the right place. Then you can come back and enjoy the quiet of the resort as we are just the right distance from the very late thumping bars.
Our accommodation is varied and ranges from a simple fan room in Bamboo or Concrete to TV, Aircon, refrigerator and Verandas with Hammocks.
If required there is a communal cooking area should you wish to use it.
We have an on site Safe for security, we also offer a laundry service if required.
In fact most things that you need can be arranged by our friendly staff at your request including any of the activities on the island.
Be adviced that the room good for two persons are FAN rooms without TV and with cold shower only. All the other rooms have aircon and tv.

ON OUR LAST NT, WE HAVE A MISUNDERSTANDING TOLD ME THAT THEY RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION, STATING THAT MY LAST 3 NIGHTS WAS ONLY FOR FAN ROOM, TOLD ME TAHT THEY ALREADY GAVE US CONSIDERATION SINCE THEY DID NOT TRANSFER US TO A FAN ROOM ON OUR 3RD AND 4TH NT BUT WE NEED TO MOVE ON OUR LAST NT, SINCE IT WAS ALREADY RESERVED TO OTHER CUSTOMER, WE ARE DISAPPOINTED AT FIRST SICNE ON OUR CONFIRMATION SHOWS THAT OUR RESV WAS BOOKED TO AN AIRCON ROOM.. WE TALKED. TOLD THEM THEM THAT I AM WILLING TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE JUST TO LET US STAY AT THE ROOM TAHT WE HAVE, GOODY WAS KIND ENOUGH, THEY LET US STAY WITH OUT ADDITIONAL FEE.. SHE HONORED THE CONFIRMATION THAT WE HAVE..
SHE CAME UP WITH A NICE DECISION FOR BUSINESS..

Directions
International flights will fly to Manila (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) from most international airports.
From there a short Taxi ride to the Domestic Internal Airport, where you will get a flight which is about 1 hour to Caticlan, 30 mins on the new small jets.
These operators are Asian Spirit or Sea Air. You can fly Philippine Airlines to Kalibo but you do then have a 2 hour coach journey from Kalibo, so Caticlan is the best option if possible.
From Caticlan Airport, all you need to do is to ride a tricycle whether you like it as chartered or not and it will bring you to the Caticlan jetty port where you have to pay terminal fee, environmental fee and buy the boat ticket. From there, it will take you only 15 to 20 minutes to reach the Cagban Port where it's only the place where boats are allowed to dock. There, you chartered tricycle telling the driver to drop you in "Tourist Center" where our place is easily located. Bonzai Resort is located between Station 2 and 3 where most of the activities and shopping is held and easy to find. Same page as Maps of Boracay
For your convenience, Bonzai Resort offers you pick up service from Caticlan Airport, Cagban port or from the "Tourist Center".
Whilst on Boracay most of your activities are in walking distance but should you need to travel there are tricycles that can take around the island or of course you can hire bicycles or Mopeds.
