We do require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night stay for every confirmed reservation. For stays of more than 5 nights, we do require a deposit equivalent to half of the payable amount.
Location Information
For guests arriving from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport:
(NAIA), it is best to hire a car in the booths right outside the Immigration Control. A fixed rate (PHP 400 or USD 7) is charged for the trip.
With this, you will be brought right to our address without any trouble.
BEWARE OF TAXIS! They usually charge exorbitant rates or those using meters will surely
Drive you around to jack up your fare and consume your patience.
Important Information
Conditions
Credit card payments incur 5% SURCHARGE. CLEANING FEE: Guests who left the room or apartment in great disarray (unwashed dishes, messy floor, etc.) will be charged a minimum amount of Euro 15 to cover for cleaning services.
Guests have to pay the amount upon arrival in the local currency. If they don't do that, the currency rate of the check in day will be applicable.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations should be made via FAX or email , 5 days before the reserved dates.
2. After 5 days, an amount equivalent to 1 night stay will be charged.
3. Cancellations on or within 2 days before the reserved dates will be charged the full amount of the
total bill.
For No Show:
Guests will be charged the full amount of their total bill after they fail to show-up on their date of arrival.

This apartment 1403 needs serious refurbishing ! Bed, sofas, decoration ....every thing looks very old and very old fashionned ! Cheep decoration ! Bathroom is extremely small ! I had problems to open my door nearly every day ! All remote controllers were low battery ! I have been moved to apartment 1903 which is owned by the same owner ! 1903 is slightly better ...but still ....same remarks than for 1403. I prefer to stay in a hotel rather than in these 2 apartments next time I visit Manila.
