This condo will allow you to experience the richness of staying in this most dynamic & vibrant area. You will be located in the heart Malate, Manila's night life district.

We are surrounded by really wonderful new shopping mall's with the Mall of Asia ( The largest shopping Mall in Asia) with in a 5 minute cab ride and Robinson Mall less than 900 meters in the other direction. Walking distance SM Harrison Plaza

The Sunset at Manila Bay is also one of the most spectacular in the world. It can be enjoyed along Roxas Boulevard where one can take a leisurely stroll and arrive at the Cultural Centre of the Philippines.

It is also the centre of economy, tourism, politics, culture and sports in the country. The Place is in top location and accessible for public transport, close to National Museum, the historical attraction Intramuros and many others.

Location Information

It’s about 20 minute drives from the airport, through the metered taxi, depending on traffic that charge would be around 150 – 250 Pesos or 3 -4US$

From the airport:

Go Roxas Blvd to Aristocrat in Malate, turn to the right into M.H. Del Pilar St. Look for Baywatch Tower on the right hand side.

From the nearest LRT station:

Go out at Qurino station. Walk San Andres St to AristoMart in M.H. Del Pilar St.

Turn left and walk until you see Baywatch Tower on the right hand, total walk about 10 minutes. Another option is to take a pedicab (bicycle cab) for 30 pesos from the LRT station.

I am disabled and after a 20 day stay was told I could not reserve another day in hotel due to unavailability although I made reservations for another 6 day stay. I was treated poorly by management and will not return to this place again.
