A charming villa, 3 blocks from the beach in the heart of Ipanema, clean, safe and calm .

No rush for breakfast , it is self-made from 8h00 till 15h00 with fresh fruits , organics eggs , cheese , ham and much more ...

The owner Stephane is French,speaks English,Portuguese,Spanish,German and Italien.

He knows Rio since 1987.

Free internet .

Free wi-fi in lobby and in some rooms.

24 Hours English Speaking Reception.

Single room + mixed dorm + few private rooms which 1 is Ensuite.

Airport pick-up at GIG : 80 reais .

Airport pick-up at SDU : 50 reais .

At the moment , we accept only cash on arrival for payment , thank you .

For Carnival and one week after , Easter , Brazilian Holidays , New Year s Eve , Rio+20 and World Youth Day 2013 an e-mail will be sent to you about how to make the full advance payment ! And there will be no refunds.

If you are a group , full advance payment may be asked !

The owner does travel few months every year . If you don t find him during your stay , ask at reception his private e-mail cause he loves to hear about you , your stay , what can be improved and will give you advices if the staff doesn t reach your expectation.

Free Luggage Storage only if you come back to sleep at least one night.

In the pedestrian alley where Casa6ipanema is , we have 2 houses , houses numbers 6 and 16 . Now reception is at house number 16 in the middle of the villa at left .

Loved Casa6ipanema. The location is perfect, the rooms are tiny, but okay. You meet alot of people from all over the world. Nice little place, the only thing I missed was a little more variety on the food for breakfast. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything perfect except that I got bitten by bedbugs.
The people nice, the location perfect,the price great, facilities very good and breakfast available all day. Towels and bed sheets included.
I got an individual room that was OK for only 85 reais a day but I got some bedbug bites so I guess they should change the matress.
