This beautiful restored guest house is located in the city centre of the capital of the Algarve, Faro. Come and get to know the great ambiance this historical city has to offer.
Our friendly staff will make sure that you have a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
We offer 15 rooms (singles, doubles, and triples) with air conditioning and shared facilities, are that offers to the customers a comfortable and relaxing.
You will find shops, several restaurants, bars and pubs close to our Residencial. The picturesque old town of Faro is well worth a visit. The cities of Loulé, Almancil, Olhao, Estoi and S. Bras are also nearby. Many streets with shops invite you to wander through and stop at the cafes and restaurant
The cancellation policy is 7 days before the arrival time. If you have to cancel please do it before the policy, otherwise you will be charged the total amount of the stay.
In dorms prices listed do not include breakfast. Those wishing to is only 2.5 more per person per night and towels 1.5 per person and per night.
We know about aur low rating, but we are trying to do our best service with efficacy.

Value for money, very good location, friendly and very helpful staff but air cond. not working it was too hot to sleep, not enough clean room

Not too bad for the price (45€ in August for a double room with badroom and breakfast included) but the breakfast was just bread with mermelade/butter and the service quite bad (they wanted to clean our room in the afternoon?). Anyway, our room was acceptable and the bath was quite better than expected. There were 3 or 4 other Pensions and Hostels in the sorroundings, so i would try there if my intentions were to spend in Faro more than one night.

ENJOYED MY STAY THE WEATHER WAS EXCELLENT THE BEACH AT FARO WAS VERY PLEASANT THE MUSEUMS I ENJOYED THE SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS VERY RELAXING AND ENJOYABLE.
WOULD RECOMEND THE RESIDENCIAL MESTRE D,AVIS IT WAS VERY CENTRAL AND CLOSE TO THE BUS STATION AND TRAIN STATION AND THE PROPRIETORS VERY HELPFUL.
