The Aparthotel VIP Eden is located in Baixa de Lisboa, very close to Praça do Rossio, at the heart of the historical and cultural centre. It has a very good location close to the business area, just 20 minutes from the international airport of Lisbon, and about 10 minutes from the train station known as Sta. Apolónia.

Classified as a 4-star hotel, Aparthotel Vip Eden was awarded 'The Best Urban Renovation Project' and 'The Best Tourism Project in Portugal' by the Portuguese Government in 1996. This was because of the quality of the equipment and architecture.

The hotel is equipped with 75 studios with twin or double beds for one or two people, and 59 two bedroom apartments with on double bd and a twin sofa bed for up to 4 people. All the studios and apartments are equipped with all the modern facilities.
