Our modest guesthouse is located in a beautiful renewed building, freshly painted a smooth pink, showing the tipical portuguese balconies and stairs.

For your comfort, you will find an elevator that takes you up to our first floor, from where you can observe the everyday life of a portuguese community.

Conditions

The designation 'Private Shared Bathroom' means that the room itself is private (i.e. not a dormitory) but the bathroom is common.
*Payment is done at check-in
**All cancellations or modifications on your reservation must go thru the booking agency; we do not accept direct cancelling.
***According to the booking site regulations, our properties policy and European Turism Law all modifications or cancellations of reservations must be done 24H BEFORE THE ARRIVAL TIME; after that, by law, the client is breaking a contract and will have to pay the full originally contracted services
****We do not, for the moment, accept reservations with Debit Cards neither with American Express.
