The metro station as well as many bus stops are walking distance from us, so you will be able to get around to the city centre, Ipanema, Santa Teressa, Corcovado and many other parts of the marvelous city very easilly.

Revellion and Carnival rates are the same for the different types of room, so El Misti Hostel Staff can allocate guests in anyone of the room, without exception.

-The New Year Eve package has a minimum stayed period of 5 nights starting on December, 29th with check out on January, 3rd. We charge an extra 40% before arrival on your booking deposit for reconfirmation (payable by credit card or through a bank deposit). This amount will be discounted to the total you will have to pay at the hostel. Remember that we only offer dorms for this package.

*Pick up for New Year and Carnaval will be offered only for flights / buses arriving between 08.00 am to 08.00 pm. If you dont arrive between these times, we can book for you a taxi for R$ 60. Just Let us know!

After that date the amount that has been already paid wont be refunded.

de cancelamentos que no tenham sido comunicados com, no mximo, 72
horas de antecipao da data e hora de chegada prevista.
Os cancelamentos e modificaes sero aceitos somente por escrito. El
Misti Hostels notificar o recebimento das mesmas. Os termos de
cancelamento se aplicam s modificaes.
Em caso de no show, o valor total ser cobrado 24 horas aps o
horrio de checkin se no for notificado ao El Misti Hostels.
Recomendamos contratar seguro de viagem para cobrir imprevistos que
podem causar o cancelamento de sua reserva. El Misti Hostels com muito
prazer o ajudar na documentao necessria como prova de cancelamento
para esse fim.
*Cancelamentos para grupos de mais de 6 pessoas podem ser realizadas
somente com 2 semanas ou mais de antecedncia da data de checkin para
que o valor total pago pela reserva seja devolvido. Aps essa data no
ser realizado nenhum ressarcimento do importe pago pela reserva.
*Cancelamentos para Pacotes de Ano Novo podem ser realizados somente
at o dia 30 de novembro para que o valor total pago pela reserva seja
devolvido. Aps essa data no ser realizado nenhum ressarcimento do
importe pago pela reserva.
*Cancelamentos para Pacotes de Carnaval podem ser realizados somente
at o dia 31 de dezembro para que o valor total pago pela reserva seja
devolvido. Aps essa data no ser realizado nenhum ressarcimento do
importe pago pela reserva.

unicamente con 2 semanas o mas de antecedecia reintegrandose el 100%

*Cancelaciones para Paquete de Ao Nuevo. Pueden ser realizadas
nicamente antes del 30 de Noviembre, reintegrndose el 100% del
importe ya pagado. Pasada esta fecha no se realizar ningn reintegro
del importe pagado por la reserva.
*Cancelaciones para Paquete de Carnaval. Pueden ser realizadas
nicamente antes del 31 de Diciembre, reintegrndose el 100% del
importe ya pagado. Pasada esta fecha no se realizar ningn reintegro
del importe pagado por la reserva.
Cancelation Policy
We require a 50% deposit to confirm and guarantee any reservation. The
remaining balance must be paid at the check-in time.
Any cancellations with less than 72-hours notice prior to the check-in
time will not receive deposit refunds.
Any request for a cancellation or modification must be submitted in
writing. The same rules apply for both cancellations and
modifications.
Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total after
24-hours from the check-in time if no notification is received by El
Misti Hostels.
We recommend that all guests purchase travelers insurance to protect
themselves from any unforeseen circumstances. In the case that you
need to make an insurance claim, El Misti Hostels will help you in any
way possible including providing documentation, etc.
*Cancelations for groups of 6 or more people must be made with at
least a full 2 (two) weeks notice. In this case, the group may
collect 100% of their deposit paid to El Misti (not including deposits
made through 3rd party sites). Any cancellations made with
insufficient notice will not have any portion of the deposit refunded.
*Cancelations for the New Years Package can only be made before Nov.
30 and are 100% refundable (not including deposits made through 3rd
party sites). Any cancellations made after that date will not have
deposits refunded.
*Cancelations for the Carnaval Package can only be made up until Dec.
31, 100% reimbursable. Any cancellations made after that date will not
have deposits refunded.
