Burg Hostel, Sighisoara, Romania

We enjoyed our stay here, especially because of the nice outdoor restaurant; good food, cheap beer, and located in the middle of the center. A good place to meet some other travellers.

The staff, however, wasn't that friendly. They did their job, but a smile from time to time would've been nice.

About Burg Hostel

Burg Hostel is situated in the heart of the medieval citadel of Sighisoara in a XVII-century building, restored in 2001-2002. We have 53 places in 18 modern rooms, we offer ideal conditions for groups of pupils, young people and students in those 2 rooms with 1 bed, 8 rooms with 2 beds, 3 rooms with 3 beds, 1 room with 4 beds, 1 room with 7 beds and 2 apartments for individual tourists and families.

Our guests can use the seminar and the entertainment room free of charge. The dining room in the 'house with clapboards', a building from the XVII century, welcomes you with regional, national and international culinaric specialities. You can also spend unforgettable moments on our terrace.

The Culture Pub offers you a wide range of drinks and quick access to the internet. The Music Pub invites you on each Friday to a live music event.
