Situated at only fifteen minutes walk from the heart of the city you are welcome in our warm and friendly family-run guesthouse.

The house being situated near two main bus routes (No 27 & No10), delivers access to the wonder of Edinburgh. Private and free parking is available in front of the building and also on the adjacent streets.

All our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarm clock, and colour television.

Centrally heated en-suite and standard rooms are available.

Telephone, hairdryer and ironing facilities are accessible. Wireless Internet Access available - just bring your laptop!

Start your day with a relaxing breakfast in the morning sun as our bright and airy dining room is facing the south. There is a selection of fruit juices, cereals, fresh yoghurts, cooked breakfast and continental breakfast. These are served with toast and regular or decaffeinated tea or coffee.

There is a bus from the airport, which costs approximately £3.00 single, £5.00 return.
Get on the bus at Shandwick Place. Turn left and walk to Lothian Road. Catch LRT bus number 10 to Granville Terrace. Our house is on your right.

From Waverley Train Station
Walk along Princes Street and turn left up Lothian Road. Continue onto Earl Grey Street, Home Street. Turn right into Gilmore Place, just after you will be into Granville Terrace. Our residence is on your left.
