Edinburgh Pearls office is located at 73 Dalry Road, Edinburgh, EH11 2AA. The contact number is +44 (0)131 337 2020. Please call us approximately 15 minutes before your arrival. Our office is open between 10am and 5pm. Out with these hours we do have a 24hr contact number +44 (0)7962 058 873. If you will be arriving later than 2000 we would kindly ask you let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Late check-ins may incur a fee.

Directions
The office is located on the Dalry Road, just a 2 minute walk up from Haymarket Train Station We are approximately 10mins walk from Princes Street and only 2mins from the drop off for the Airport Express bus service at Haymarket.

If you will be arriving outside these times, please contact us to make other arrangements.
We are able to make exceptions to this check in time, within reason.
Check out before 10am
Late checkouts can be arranged at a cost of 10 per hour or part thereof please arrange this with the Apartment staff on +44 (0)131 337 2020.

We do also offer complimentary luggage storage at our offices at 73 Dalry Road between the hours of 10am and 5pm.

Is there a minimum age limit?

Can I add an extra bed?
Properties include the occupancy for each room in the room's description. If it is possible to add an extra bed this will be specified in the property description. Please note additional costs may apply.

Can I get an airport pick up?
If a property offers airport transfers, this will be included in their facilities description. A direct contact email address and phone number is sent to you as part of your booking confirmation so you can arrange any transfers. Please note that transfers may incur an additional cost.

Altogether we have five different apartments in the same boutique development:

Dalwhinnie is a ground-floor apartment that can sleep up to six adults comfortably. The apartment comprise of two bedrooms, one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with power shower and a second double bedroom.

Balvenie, a fourth-floor, family-friendly apartment, which can sleep up to six adults comfortably. The apartment consists of a modern open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room and two bedrooms, one master bedroom, one double/twin room. The leather sofa in the living room can be transformed to a luxury sofa bed. There is a lift available to access this apartment.

Macallan apartment sleeps up to six adults also and is located next door to the Balvenie on the fourth floor. Similar to the Balvenie apartment, the Macallan has one master bedroom, one double/twin room and one of the two leather sofas converts to a luxury sofa bed. This apartment has also an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. The Macallan benefits from a decked roof terrace with patio furniture to relax and unwind after a long days sight seeing.

Jura apartment is a third-floor flat that can accommodate up to six adults comfortably. Jura offers an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room with one master bedroom, one double/twin room and a decked roof terrace with patio furniture.

Talisker apartment is on the first floor and accomodates 6 adults perfectly. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a luxury kitchen, dining and livingroom - it is ideal for your stay in this beautiful city.
