This is a Trusted Review. Why?

I would say Singapore is overall more pricy than in Malaysia, so I should not expect too much. However, this hotel was not very clean, for example, some dirts in the wall, and shower room had no curtain, and with old stains. I didn't like it for these reasons.
but the location is quite good; it's at little India, so great for us to enjoy Indian atmosphere and many different interesting temples of India and China. A big modern mall, local indian mall, subway station are close so it's very convenient to go around the city.
I'd want to recommend this place for whom goes on a budget travel and just looking for a good located place to sleep.
One more minus thing to say is at the moment there's big construction going on right next to the hotel building so you might want to consider this for booking the place. Sometimes the constrction went on till late night as well and early in the morning.

Hotel was at a great place next to the metro station .The day we arrived the A/C was not timed correctly so i had to get up every hour and switch it on also the rooms were not really clean..looked like somebody did a fast job..The housekeeping guy just switched it on and left.I had a family room the space was just enough. We were three adults and a child. There was a hot water heater flask and coffee / tea makers and three bottles of water were complimentary..There was only one socket for the water heater which was next to the bed and was an inconvience.Housekeeping is very slow just one guy around. The rooms are cleaned everyday and you need to ask for it and they did it well. The bathroom was clean and there is a hand shower and enough toilet paper.
There was a construction going on next door and it wakes you early.Taxi you would need to walk up to the main road (5 mins )which is at both the ends.Food there is street food on the seragoong road also there is a city mall nearby which has a lot of food adults.
Overall good place the cost.

Its a cheap hotel in an expensive city for hotels. If you want nice you need to spend S$200 in this town. For what its worth, this joint was only slightly seedy, rooms don't look great, no fridge, a little small with high ceilings, higher than it is long I think. The hot water works, the pillows average, the location is away from the action, fortunately we liked walking...
If you just want a place to put your head down and not too fussed, this place is fine.
