Had an enjoyable stay at this hotel right in the middle of Little India. Rooms are not huge, but not tiny either. A good place to just stop at if you need a room and not much else. Everything was tidy and well organised. The breakfast was basic but sufficient.

Perak Hotel is perfectly placed in Little India - a popular place of interest with lots of character and charm.
Take time to stroll through the surrounding back lanes and bustling streets to discover nose-tingling spice shops, colourful textile stores and glittering gold jewellers. Not to be missed are the food outlets serving tantalising north & south Indian cuisines.
One advantage of Perak Hotel is its ideal location. Situated outside the Central Business District, Perak Hotel is a quick 10-minute taxi ride to Orchard Road and 25 minutes from Changi International Airport. The nearest MRT Stations, namely Bugis and Little India Stations, are within walking distance.
Perak Lodge (now known as Perak Hotel) was voted amongst the top 50 Best Budget Hotel in the world by The Independent, a UK newspaper (May 2001).

This is a Trusted Review. Why?
Had an enjoyable stay at this hotel right in the middle of Little India. Rooms are not huge, but not tiny either. A good place to just stop at if you need a room and not much else. Everything was tidy and well organised. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. And if you want something more, there are countless Indian eateries in the area to get Roti Chanai or similar. I was quite happy to stay in Little India, because it is a very lively area and has a lot more character than other parts of Singapore. Overall, I'd be happy to stay at this hotel again.
