CARNIVAL BOOKINGS
Bookings involving any date of Carnival period must have a minimum stay of
seven days using the higher rate of the period,
[spliting rooms with different rates is not allowed], otherwise Open House will contact the guest to amend the booking.
Note that carnival season private rooms are all located in our three bedrooms full apartments at walking distance.
All Carnival bookings require a 50% deposit of the balance made directly to Open House within 48hours of the request to be accepted,
otherwise the booking will be cancelled without refunding the commission paid to HW.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior arrival date. Late bookings require full payment within 24hs.
Failing to pay the balance on time will make the booking to be cancelled without refund.

RESERVATION POLICY
Balance payments due on arrival must be paid in cash. A minimum stay of two nights is required to accept a booking, although
some seasons may have larger minimum stays. To change a reservation guest must cancel the existing one and issue a new reservation.
There is no refund on cancellations. During high seasons [Jul 1 - Sep 15 and Dec 20 - March 1] bookings
including more than four nights on a room, or the equivalent considering nights per room, require a deposit for the 30% of the balance made directly to Open House within 48hs, otherwise the booking will be cancelled without refunding the commission paid to HW.
Bookings made for New Year eve season [Dec 28 - Jan 2] have the same payment conditions than carnival bookings.
Bookings are non transferable neither fractional. When involving a group, partial or individual payments for a due balance are not accepted, so full
balance shall be paid before a member of the group have access to the accommodation.
Booking including minors under seven years old will not be accepted unless the guest contact us first to check room for kids availability.
We do not accept bookings from guests who already had canceled or changed their bookings with us, or had no-shows.
Our checkin/checkout is flexible when availability allows that although arrivals before 8am and departures after 8pm will trigger an extra charge.
All guests must sign our Terms & Conditions at checkin, available in our website. In case of disagree with our T&C deposits will not be refunded.
