I can warmly recommend Hostel Park, especially young people should find anything they need. Small but clean toilet and shower, comfortable mattress. The only thing missing was a wardrobe you could lock up. Friendly and helpful stuff.

About Hostel Park
The hostel is situated in the city centre , within a short walking distance from the 'heart' of the centre, from major tourist attractions and just 800 m from central railway and bus station. Rooms were renovated in august 2006, situated on the highest floors of a hotel, quiet and with a nice view.
ROOMS:
Guests can choose from nice rooms with 2 or 4 beds, all with private toillet. Some 4-bed rooms have also private bathroom with shower, others have a common bathroom.
Hotel has also a nice outside terrace, bar, restaurant.
In the lobby of hotel you will find different kind of material for sightseeing and travelling around. For more information just ask our friendly staff on reception and they will help you.

I can warmly recommend Hostel Park, especially young people should find anything they need. Small but clean toilet and shower, comfortable mattress. The only thing missing was a wardrobe you could lock up. Friendly and helpful stuff. The location is great, probably one of the best you can find in Ljubljana. You can reach train and bus station, city centre and nice clubs like the Metelkova easily, all just a few minutes walk, though it's in a quiet area. Price: seems very fair to me, we paid 16 euro each per night, parking was free. Overall a top choice!
Fairly close to the train station, approx 10 minutes walk. We had a basic twin for 50 euros with communal shower (toilet in the room) but no air conditioning and it was very hot so bare that in mind if booking a budget room in summer. The receptionist wasn't the freindliest. All in all not a bad option for the price.
