Bookings for NYE and Carnival:
In order to guarantee your reservation, beside the 10% deposit made on Hostelworld.com you will need to pay 50% in advance in order to secure your booking for those periods. We will contact you to send you the money transfer details.
Dates:From march 1rd till the morning of the 08th,the booking must include these dates to be valid.Any additional nights will be charged at high season rates Minimum Stay:7 nights
Payment conditions:A 50% none refundable deposit is due to Pousada Sao Francisco de Assis in addition to the 10% deposit paid to Hostelworld. The 50% deposit must be made within two weeks of the Hostelworld Booking for the booking to be valid.The remaining 40% needs to be paid before December 31st .
Instructions on how to make down payments will be sent by e-mail as soon as we receive a booking request. Expenses with deposits and transfers shall be borne by sender alone and are not refundable or deductible from total amount to be transferred to secure bookings.
