Its avery good location, and value for money. But the night we stayed, there was a break-in on the ground floor, and the american guest's bag was stolen with passport inside. I was lucky that we were on 2nd floor.

Online reservations for the period from 1st June to 25th July 2010 (during FIFA WC 2010); the final proof of the reservation will only to be confirmed on full payment (100%) of the amount. The full amount for the accommodation has to be paid no less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Online reservations for the period after the 25th July 2010 will only be confirmed once payment of a 50% deposit, within 7 days after reservation date, has been received. This deposit is non-refundable.

Its avery good location, and value for money. But the night we stayed, there was a break-in on the ground floor, and the american guest's bag was stolen with passport inside. I was lucky that we were on 2nd floor. but things like that happened everywhere, may be that American boy shown too much of his affluents that night where it also caught my eyes with his Fancy Mobiles showing off to a few people there, plus his US$ 200 plus shoes and all...I hope this boy is ok., Date of stay Oct 18th, but I will be there for Oct 29th, and Nov 13 &14th again.
