The place is ok but we won't be going back. The place has Victorian charm, so if that's your thing you might really like it. We stayed in a double en suite room, but were very disappointed that there was only a bathtub without a shower fitting. The breakfast was good and they were nice enough to serve it to us whenever we emerged from our room (some places end breakfast at 10), and we had a very nice view of table mountain from our private balcony. Unfortunately we found the bar too noisy, they had no usernames/passwords for the wi-fi and the creeks from the floors above as people walked around upstairs was annoying. I'm sure plenty of people enjoy their stay, but there were too many small things we didn't enjoy so we ended up canceling our additional bookings.
