Only 300m to surf spots - Inner & Outer Pool - at The Point ('Most consistent waves along the S.A. coastline')
Mountain bikes to rent, trips to Bungi jumping, shark cage diving, Deep sea fishing trips, Garden Route Big Five, horse riding and diving arranged. Nice and safe environment for day & night walks along the beach, or mountain trail. Great for whale watching between July and November. Superb Pub-crawling watering holes (no driving needed!) - at least 5 within 500m! Khoi-San (Bushman) Cave with curio shop - 300m from us.
Bartolomeu Dias Museum Complex displaying the Old Post Office Tree, Caravelle (old ship), and Shell Museum, is a must for any visitor to South Africa - oldest European History along the Southern African Sub-continent.

From Oudtshoorn :
Follow R328 past Hartenbos; past 2 sets of traffic lights - another 2 km and road goes up a steep hill - just before bridge cross-over turn left onto that road (Marsh Street = Main street) Go straight down through centre of town (±1.8km) towards The Point. At the end, at the bend and just before Milkwood Primary School on left is Huijs te Marquette - Turn left - on first corner.

First Mossel Bay turn-off (off N2), turn left. At traffic lights turn right (follow directional signs to Mossel Bay). Past another set of traffic lights - another 2 km and road goes up a steep hill - just before bridge cross-over turn left onto that road (Marsh Street = Main street) Go straight down through centre of town (±1.8km) towards The Point. From Cape Town:
N2 turns off to the left, if you go straight directional sign indicates Mossel Bay straight ahead - you carries on straight. Carry on past second set of traffic lights - another 500m andthe signs shows The Point and CBD area to the left. At the traffic light turn right and down the main street (Marsh Street). Go straight down through centre of town (±1.8km) towards The Point. At the end, at the bend and just before Milkwood Primary School on left is Huijs te Marquette - Turn left - on first corner.
