CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation 73 hours or less before arrival will result in full accountability of at least one night's accommodation.
Cancellation 0 – 14 days before date of arrival forfeits 100 % of amount paid
Cancellation 14 days or more before date of arrival will be charge a 10% booking fee if we have to refund
Cancellation 14 days or more before date of arrival must be in writing and should be fax to 086 616 0805
Should you not cancel and not arrive you will be held responsible for the full settlement of your account as this is extremely rude and in breach of an agreement.
Should the parties that arrive be smaller than your reservation, you will still be held accountable for the original number of persons booked.
Should you leave prior to your reserved departure date, you will still be held accountable for at least one additional night's accommodation.
Should you check out after 5 minutes or you not satisfied with your rooms please note NO REFUND

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
Check in time after 14:00 Check out time before 10:00
Please check with management if you should wish to vacate your room after 10h00 as it might not leave us with enough time to prepare the room for our next guests.
Should you vacate your room after 10h00 you will be held accountable for an additional night's accommodation
Please arrange with management prior to arrival if you should wish to check in before 14h00 as the previous guests might have booked out late and your room might not be ready earlier.

PRICING STRUCTURE:
The price for a single person is quoted per person and not per room, even though there might be two single beds or a double bed in the room.
A different rate is applicable for persons sharing, so should a second person join you, the sharing rate will come into effect.
Please note that children are also regarded as persons and should please be mentioned in your reservation even though they might not be charged for. This makes it easier for us to allocate a suitable room.
Please note no visitors allowed in rooms you have to pay extra even if your visitor is only visiting for 5 minutes

BREAKFAST POLICY:
Breakfast must be booked and pay for the day before with reception

SMOKING POLICY:
According to National law, no smoking is allowed in any of our rooms or public areas indoors.
There is ample seating space in our beautiful gardens where you can relax and enjoy your cigarette.
Should you smoke in the rooms; a fee equivalent to one nights' accommodation will be added to your account to cover additional cleaning costs and loss of income resulting in us not being able to rent the room the following night.

GENARAL RULES AND POLICY
You will be held responsible for the replacement value of any property damaged in any way by yourself or any person in your party, including breakages, burning of linen and wetting of beds.
