Come to Alcyone for an 'Halcyon' stay in Nelson Mandela Bay Port Elizabeth South Africa!

Our accommodation boosts comfort, space and privacy. Each private en-suite room has its own private entrance, equipped kitchenette, colour TV, dining corner, internet point and en-suite bathroom with shower. Secure parking behind a wall and automated gate, in quiet surroundings yet close to all beachfront amenities, shops, casino, beach, on the bus route, 10 min from CBD.

Our 1 bedroom appartment/studio with sea views and wooden floors throughout has a spacious living area with open-plan kitchen, dining area, TV, internet-ready, with access to 2 large private balconies with private patio and BBQ area. Kitchen equipped with kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, sink, 4-plate cooker dual electricity and gas, mini-oven, sorry no dishwasher. The corridor leads to the bedroom (2 single beds or 1 king). Private bathroom with shower.

Our private en-suite rooms are bachelor-type rooms, each sleeping 2 adults max, with dining corner for 2, TV, equipped kitchenette and en-suite bathroom with shower. It is ideal for 1 or 2 persons. The rooms face onto a common open terrace with tables, chairs and BBQ.

The family unit, is a 1 bedroom unit with king bed in the living area, dining for 4, tv, desk and equipped kitchenette and en-suite bathroom, the bedroom has 2 single beds and its en-suite bathroom with shower. Sleeps 4 people max, ideal for a family, or friends. Facing also onto open terrace with tables and chairs.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- To secure, deposit of 60% by credit card required 60 days prior to arrival date
- Cancellation on arrival or during stay, or premature departure, full quote is levied.
- Failure to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 60 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit.
MINIMUM BOOKING: 2 nights
NON-SMOKING: All rooms are non-smoking; however smoking is possible outside on balconies and terrace.
RATES: self-catering, do not include breakfast, include:
- a courtesy starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, soaps
- complimentary internet access wireless for the guest with a laptop
- complimentary continental basket per person for the first morning for convenience.
CHECK-IN:15h00 to 19h00, but flexible whenever feasible, so please provide estimated time of arrival.
CHECK-OUT: before 10h00 – unless pre-arranged

From the airport: Coming out the airport, turn right at the circle onto Allister Miller Rd until the next robot. Take La Roche Drive on the right all the way down to the beach (follow 'Humewood' signs); go through 2 robots; at third robot turn right into Marine Drive; drive passed the Pier, the Boardwalk, until you get to Admiralty Way, turn right at the red and white beacon
> into Admiralty Way, drive up 2 side roads on your right, at the second, Alcyone is at the corner, no 29 entrance from Admiralty Way.

Directions by road:
Follow the N2 into Port Elizabeth. Follow M4 signs to beachfront - continue on beach road (Humewood), this becomes MARINE DRIVE (Summerstrand); then take directions as above
