Staff were unhelpful, uninformed about the local area (could not answer basic questions), and seemingly high. Their advertised "airport shuttle" consisted in calling a friend on the phone to pick us up, and (attempting) to charge us twice the proper fare (we opted for a proper taxi in the end). We received no orientation to the facilities when we arrived, and when asking questions were made to feel like we were a burden to the staff. Would not recommend staying at this hostel unless you are just desperate to have a room close to the train station for an early morning commute.
